By creating an account or purchasing a template on SaveOurDate, you agree to these terms.

SaveOurDate lets you buy a wedding website template, customize it with your own content in a live-preview editor, publish it on a subdomain of your choosing, and collect RSVPs from your guests through a dashboard.

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

Prices are shown in the currency listed at checkout and charged through Razorpay. See our Refund Policy for what happens if something goes wrong with a payment.

The subdomain you choose during onboarding is permanent once your site is created and cannot be changed afterward. Everything else about your site — its design, content, and photos — stays fully editable at any time.

You're responsible for everything you upload or write into your site — names, photos, venue details, and any other content. You confirm you have the right to use it, and that it doesn't infringe on anyone else's rights or violate any law.

When guests RSVP through your site, you're the one responsible for how that information is used and stored on your end, in line with our Privacy Policy.

The template designs, layouts, and code you see on SaveOurDate — including the free live-preview demos — are our intellectual property. Purchasing a template gives you a license to use it for your own wedding website; it doesn't give you the right to copy, resell, redistribute, or reproduce the design or code elsewhere.

This includes copying a template by hand after viewing a published site or demo, scraping or automating the extraction of our pages, assets, or images, and circumventing any technical measure we use to protect them. We monitor for unauthorized copies and will act on infringement, including takedown requests, wherever they're found.

Don't use SaveOurDate to publish content that's illegal, abusive, or infringes on someone else's rights, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service.

We aim to keep sites up and running at all times but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. We'll do our best to give notice of planned maintenance that could affect your site.

SaveOurDate is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
