Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information SaveOurDate ("we", "us") collects when you buy a template, build your wedding site, or a guest RSVPs to it, and how that information is used.

Account information: your name, email address, and phone number if you choose to provide one at signup.

Site content: anything you add while building your wedding site — names, dates, venue details, photos, and the subdomain you choose.

Guest RSVP data:the name, attendance status, guest count, and message a guest submits through your site's RSVP form. This is collected on your behalf, and you are responsible for how you use it once it reaches your dashboard.

Payment information: purchases are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI, or bank details — only the order amount and payment status.

To create and host your wedding site, deliver RSVPs to your dashboard, send order receipts and account emails, and provide support when you reach out to us.

We use a small set of providers to run the service: Supabase (authentication and database hosting), Razorpay (payment processing), and Resend (transactional email delivery). Each only receives what it needs to do its job, and none are permitted to use your data for their own purposes.

We keep your account and site data for as long as your account is active. If you'd like your account and associated data deleted, contact us and we'll process it within a reasonable time, subject to what we're legally required to retain (e.g. payment records).

You can access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us. Guests who wish to have their RSVP response removed should contact the couple whose site they responded to, or us directly.

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
