No. You type your names, date, venue, and story into a form on the left while a live preview updates on the right. There's no drag-and-drop builder to learn and nothing to install -- if you can fill out a form, you can build your site.

Signature templates start at ₹500 and Grand templates run ₹1,000 -- a single one-time payment for the specific template you choose. Every template's exact price is shown on its own page before you buy.

Is this a one-time payment or a subscription?

One-time. You pay once for your template and there's no recurring or monthly fee -- your site simply stays live from publish through your wedding date, plus one extra month.

What payment methods do you accept?

Checkout runs through Razorpay, so you can pay by card, UPI, netbanking, or any other method Razorpay supports in India.

Is my payment information safe?

Accepted Answer

Yes -- your card, UPI, or bank details go directly to Razorpay, our payment processor. We never see or store them ourselves; all we receive back is the order amount and whether it succeeded.

Do I get a receipt for my purchase?

Yes -- an order receipt is emailed to you once your payment goes through.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

If you haven't yet claimed your site's subdomain (the step right after checkout), contact us within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. Once your subdomain is claimed, your site is live and editable, so the purchase is considered delivered and is final -- if something's broken or not as described at that point, contact us and we'll make it right.

Custom uploads are capped at 3 changes a day and 5 total per site, which is comfortably enough to land on the right one.

Not yet -- every site currently runs on a saveourdate.in subdomain, which is included free with your purchase and easy to share as-is. Support for connecting your own domain is on our roadmap; it isn't live today.

No -- your subdomain is permanent once your site is created, so it's worth double-checking before you confirm it. Everything else about your site -- design, content, photos -- stays fully editable anytime.

Subdomains are first-come, first-served and unique across all of SaveOurDate. If the one you want is already taken, you'll be prompted to pick another right there during checkout -- popular first-name combinations go quickly, so it's worth deciding early.

Does the "SaveOurDate" branding show on my site?

Yes -- every published site carries a small "Made with SaveOurDate.in" credit at the very bottom, after your own content. It's a discreet footer line, not a watermark over your design, and there's currently no option to remove it.

Anyone with the link can view your published site -- there's no login wall for guests, which is what makes it easy to share on WhatsApp. If you'd rather keep it more private, only share the link with people you actually want visiting.

What information does SaveOurDate collect about me?

Your account details (name, email, and phone if you provide one), the content you add to your site, and your order/payment status. We use a small set of providers to run the service -- Supabase for authentication and hosting, Razorpay for payments, and Resend for email -- and none of them are permitted to use your data for their own purposes.
