Refund Policy

A SaveOurDate template is a digital product: as soon as payment succeeds, you get instant access to the editor to set up your site. Because of this, our refund window is tied to whether you've claimed your site's address, not just to how long ago you paid.

If your payment went through but you haven't yet picked your site's subdomain (the step right after checkout), contact us within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.

Once your site's address is created, the purchase is considered delivered and is final. This is the same moment your site becomes editable and publishable, and — like the address itself — it isn't something we can undo on our end. If something is broken or not as described, contact us and we'll make it right.

If you were charged more than once for the same order, or a payment failed but the amount was still deducted, contact us with your order ID and we'll refund the duplicate or failed charge in full.

Reach us on the contact page with your order ID. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days.
