South Mandapam is the one template in our catalog where I'd genuinely tell you to open it just to see what happens, even if you're not planning a wedding. A mandapam that assembles itself as you scroll

Scroll into the ceremony section and the page pins in place. Instead of a photo, an SVG illustration of a traditional South Indian mandapam builds itself in layers, tied directly to how far you've scrolled: the floor first, then four pillars rising, then a gopuram canopy overhead, then a mango-leaf toran strung along the beam, jasmine strands hanging down, flower garlands looped between the pillars, and finally two brass lamps lighting with a soft glow before the couple's names fade in at the center. It's not a video and it's not a static graphic. It's built, piece by piece, exactly in step with the guest's own scroll, and it doesn't finish until they've scrolled far enough to earn it.

It opens in Sanskrit, before the couple's names ever appear

Before any of that, the site opens on an Invocation section: a Ganesha mantra in Sanskrit (Om Sri Ganeshaya Namah), a lotus mark, and a welcome line that defaults to "Together with our families, we joyfully invite you to share in the celebration of our wedding" if the couple hasn't written their own. It's the same instinct as Noor-e-Nikah's Quranic verse: the ceremony's own tradition comes first, not as an add-on after the branding.

Five languages, not one with a translate button bolted on

South Mandapam is the only template in our catalog built to actually run in more than one language: English, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada, switchable from a language toggle a guest controls themselves. Every fixed label on the page, and every word the couple types in themselves (names, venue, event details, their own story), can render in whichever language a guest picks, with the right font stack loading for that script. A grandparent more comfortable reading Tamil and a colleague who only reads English can open the exact same link and each read a version that's actually theirs.

The rest of the site knows the vocabulary too

The countdown section is titled "The Muhurtham," not a generic "countdown," because that's what the auspicious wedding moment is actually called. The couple section is framed as "Two Families, One Blessing," with room for each side's parentage credited properly. None of this is cosmetic; it's the difference between a template that happens to support a South Indian wedding and one that was written around what a South Indian wedding actually is.
